Client Site Visit Coordination

Manages on-site visits for institutional clients, investors and government representatives — preparing sites, briefing farm managers, coordinating logistics and presenting findings professionally.

Progress Reporting for Projects

Visits construction and development sites to verify progress against plan, documenting completion status, quality of work and any deviations from specification for Engineering and Accounts teams.

Compliance Verification

Verifies on the ground that environmental, safety and regulatory requirements are being followed at each site — supporting Accounts, Audit & Compliance with field-level compliance evidence.

Issue Identification & Follow-Up

Flags operational issues, infrastructure problems and quality gaps identified during visits, raises formal reports to the relevant department heads and follows up to confirm corrective actions have been implemented.
