This team manages IGO's industry ties, government relations and strategic alliances — representing the group in the wider agribusiness ecosystem and building the partnerships that support long-term growth. This includes representation in trade associations and government liaison for policy engagement.
Industry Representation
Represents IGO Group at agribusiness conferences, trade fairs, chamber events and industry forums — positioning the group as a leading voice in India's farming-tech ecosystem.
Government Liaison
Builds and maintains relationships with government ministries, agricultural departments, APEDA, NABARD and state agencies — navigating regulatory environments and engaging with policy initiatives relevant to IGO.
Trade Association Management
Manages IGO's memberships in industry associations and trade bodies — participating in working groups, contributing to policy submissions and maximising the value of each membership.
MOU & Partnership Agreements
Negotiates and formalises MOUs with research institutions, industry bodies, co-operatives and strategic partners — creating structured frameworks that enable collaboration and mutual value creation.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Maintains a structured stakeholder map and engagement plan — ensuring regular communication with key external contacts, from state agriculture officers to national industry leaders.
Event & Delegation Management
Organises IGO's participation in trade delegations, buyer-seller meets and international agri missions — coordinating travel, representation materials and follow-up for every external engagement.
