This team coordinates across departments to keep IGO's many moving parts working together, focused on operational excellence and resolving the cross-functional issues that come with running a diversified group. They act as the escalation point between department heads and group leadership.
Cross-Department Coordination
Acts as the operational bridge between all 18 departments — facilitating cross-functional meetings, aligning department plans with group priorities and resolving inter-department bottlenecks.
Escalation Management
Serves as the formal escalation point for operational issues that cannot be resolved within a department — investigating, mediating and implementing solutions in coordination with leadership.
KPI Tracking & Governance
Defines and monitors key performance indicators for each department, produces weekly and monthly performance dashboards for the CEO office, and drives accountability against agreed targets.
Process Improvement
Identifies inefficiencies and redundancies across operations, proposes process redesigns and leads implementation of improvements — reducing waste, improving speed and building scalable operational systems.
Project Coordination
Manages execution of strategic group-level projects that span multiple departments — tracking timelines, deliverables and budgets and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
Leadership Reporting
Prepares consolidated operational reports for the Group CEO and Board — summarising performance, flagging risks and recommending decisions across the group's diverse business lines.
