Manages end-to-end recruitment for all departments across IGO — from job posting and screening through interviews, offer letters and onboarding, ensuring every hire meets role and culture requirements.

Employee Onboarding

Designs and runs structured onboarding programmes that give new joiners everything they need from Day 1 — from documentation and system access to department introductions and culture orientation.

HR Policy & Compliance

Develops, maintains and enforces HR policies across the group — covering leave, conduct, performance, grievances and termination — keeping IGO compliant with Indian labour law at all times.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

Coordinates monthly payroll processing, PF contributions, ESI, gratuity and staff benefits across the group — ensuring accurate, on-time payments and proper statutory deductions for every employee.

Employee Welfare & Engagement

Runs engagement programmes, recognition initiatives and welfare support to keep motivation and morale high across IGO's diverse, multi-location workforce.

Grievance & Disciplinary Management

Manages the formal grievance and disciplinary process — investigating complaints, conducting hearings and implementing outcomes fairly, consistently and within the framework of IGO's HR policy.
