Business Intelligence & Reporting
Collects, processes and visualises operational data from across all 18 departments — producing weekly and monthly dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of group performance.
Data Pipeline Management
Builds and maintains data pipelines that connect field reports, financial systems and CRM data into a unified analytics layer — eliminating manual data collection across departments.
Contract Drafting & Review
Drafts, reviews and finalises contracts for vendors, clients, land acquisitions, partnerships and employment — ensuring every agreement protects IGO's interests and is legally sound.
Regulatory Filings & Compliance
Manages all statutory filings with Registrar of Companies, FSSAI, agricultural regulators and other government bodies — tracking deadlines and keeping the group fully compliant.
Legal Risk Assessment
Reviews new business proposals, partnerships and contracts for legal risk, advising the CEO office and Business Development on terms that need negotiation or legal protection.
Policy & Documentation Management
Maintains the group's internal policy library, standard operating procedures and legal document registry — ensuring all departments work from current, approved frameworks.
